{"id":2387,"date":"2026-08-19T15:20:53","date_gmt":"2026-08-19T12:20:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grandlocus.com\/?post_type=resources&#038;p=2387"},"modified":"2026-08-19T15:20:53","modified_gmt":"2026-08-19T12:20:53","slug":"government-of-the-russian-federation-decree-dated-august-13-2025-no-1206","status":"publish","type":"resources","link":"https:\/\/grandlocus.com\/en\/resources\/government-of-the-russian-federation-decree-dated-august-13-2025-no-1206\/","title":{"rendered":"Government of the Russian Federation decree dated August 13, 2025, No. 1206"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\">On Amending the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 30, 2024, No. 1684<\/p>\n<p class=\"justifyleft\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The Government of the Russian Federation hereby decrees:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">To amend the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 30, 2024, No. 1684, \u201cOn Approval of the Rules for State Registration of Medical Devices\u201d (Collection of Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2024, No. 50, Art. 7744), as follows:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">a) In the first paragraph of paragraph 7, replace the words \u201cSeptember 2025\u201d with the words \u201cSeptember 2026\u201d;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">b) In the second paragraph of paragraph 29 of the Rules for State Registration of Medical Devices, approved by this Decree, replace the figures \u201c2025\u201d with the figures \u201c2026\u201d.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">This Decree shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">M.
